STEPHANIE SWANEPOEL

Stephanie has more than thirty years’ experience in scientific and engineering fields as business manager, project manager, and quality assurance manager. Her experience includes research, general business management, financial management, project and commercial management of research and engineering projects, and the development, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Stephanie has a master’s degree in physics, and certificates in public relations and project management.  She completed a ISO 9001 Lead auditor course in 2011 and recently upgraded a certified quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 for a multi-disciplinary engineering company.

Stephanie received two recognition awards, namely “Appreciation and gratitude trophy as an effective manager of a collaboration project” from KACST (an international client of Thermtron) in 2017, and the Innovation award for “Plasma titania pigment production”  from the South African Institute of Chemical Engineers in 2010 (as member of the project team).
